Video Marketing For The Camera Shy Business Owner
It’s no secret how important video marketing has became in the current social media landscape. Almost 80% of online traffic will come via video in 2018. Not to mention, video gets almost 3 times as much engagement on Facebook than any other type of content.
What happens if you’re shy? What if you don’t like to get in front of the camera?
In this short blog I’d like to explain a few different ways you can still maximize your social media video presence, even without making yourself the star.
1) Adobe Spark
Adobe Spark is a powerful content machine that allows you to create short adverts from scratch or with ready to go templates. It’s a great tool for creating animations, advertising promos, displaying inspirational content, or just delivering fun messages to your audience. With no human subject required, Adobe Spark allows your message to become the center of Attention.
Don’t take my word for it, though. Check out how Adobe describes their product:
2) Flipagram
Flipagram gives users the ability to create powerful and creative slideshows. If you’re looking to showcase photos of your business or subject, Flipagram is the perfect tool for you. It allows users to customize their slideshows with background music in a very simple and easy to use interface.
Here’s a short video from the Flipagram YouTube page showcasing some of the projects completed with their app:
3) Short Social Media Adverts
It’s always important to stay in tune with trends! Some of the most shared and popular business videos on Facebook are short and professional adverts. These ads are traditionally characterized with modern text and slick editing. Ads like these yield great results, but require some editing know-how or relationships with individuals with professional background.
Check out this short advert I worked on for Duffles of Love Project in Midland, MI. This ad was created in conjunction with marketing company, The DCTree:
